This shirt is great, wore it to an 8 hour classroom training and then went downtown to Key West in the 85 degree heat for 6 hours. It didn’t get smelly or wet with sweat. I am 5’8″ and 160 pounds with big hips and I bought a small. It fit great with some extra room for comfort. This shirt is kind of a thicker material and not the thin nylon stretchy material I like in T shirts. For long days out in the heat, I’d recommend the tech trail polo by Columbia which I also purchased in size small and love it for the thin stretchy material.
