So bummed because it could be so cute but the fitting is really bad. The armpits in this are way too small. You could barely wear 1 layer under it. Its also shaped wide at the waist and small at the chest so you look like a toddler in it. :/

Very warm and love the hood! This is a great winter vest, I love having the hood for quick trips in and out of the car when you don’t want a bulky coat. Very warm. I ordered a Small and Medium and ended up returning the Small and keeping the Medium. As others mentioned, the arm holes are a bit small. With a vest this thick and warm, I wanted to be able to wear it in the winter over a couple layers if necessary and still be able to zip it. The Small felt too constricting even over just a simple long sleeve. For reference I am 5’6 and 120lbs and I have a Columbia White Out Mid Hooded coat in a size XS and a Columbia Powder Lite vest in a size S. I find the vests fit a bit smaller and this one in particular was even smaller in the arm holes with the elastic.

Vest is poofy and cozy as expected. Arm holes are a little snug as some reviews have also noted, but I found the body to be spacious. I feel like a medium might have fit my body, but I don’t know it would for my arms (I bought a large). But that could just be a body proportion thing on my part as much as it is the garment sizing.

I’ve been looking for a warm vest like this all winter and so glad I found it. The length is great and so is the amount of insulation, very cozy. I can’t wait to take this camping! My only downside would be the arm hole seems a bit on the small side, that being said it’s elastic and doesn’t bother too much but definitely noticeable.

After having read the reviews, I sized up. Big mistake! The vest is true to the Columbia sizing. So go by your usual Columbia size. I had to return and buy a smaller one. Armpits are not specially tight either. BUT the vest is definitely not flattering. It looks quite puffy. Yet I bought it for warmth. And yes, it keeps you very warm in really really cold weather. The hood and collars help too.

I was a little skeptical because some of the reviews mentioned small arm openings however, I had no issue with the space around my arms. For reference Im 5’3 120lbs and have smaller arms so my normal size small was a perfect fit! It’s thick and keeps you warm but not too thick where it’s uncomfortable and the sale price is unbeatable compared to other like brands!

I wear vests frequently in the shoulder seasons and this is my favorite so far. Very warm on the back, perfect for sporting events outdoors, love the fit and look. Would highly recommend. As far as sizing: I usually fit in between a medium and large for most tops, always have to try on, this size large feels that it fits me true to size when worn over a sweatshirt, and I’m assuming a medium would definitely be too small.

Big hooded Love love love – literally I own 3 of these now. This is perfect for when I travel as it can double as a head cushion on the plane. I love the nondetachable hood. Its huge and makes the vest a statement piece. I now own three that i wear to run errands, travel and adds flare to any outfit. Plush with pockets. Comfortable. I dis buy a size larger for extreme comfort. I am 5’9 and weigh 220 and bought the XXL. Everyone will ask where you got it. This vest is amazing
