I bought this shirt to protect my fair skinned son while he kayaks and fishes. The hood is a great extra feature as he hates to apply sunscreen. Fabric helped him stay shielded yet cool. My daughter loved it so much she took it from him and now I need to buy another for her. I have the women’s version too. Now I just need one for my husband.

Gma is the sun matron. I can often be heard to say “Do you have sunscreen on?”. If the “littles” have on sun shirts, they’re less time constantly applying sunscreen. One grandson loves his hoodie sweatshirts, so he was good to wear this 50+ UPV shirt. Get them. I got the light blue, dark blue, and green. Lightweight, but durable.

I ordered for my grandson per my daughter in laws request. I thought the material was good quality and I ordered two sizes just to be sure. She kept both as it ran true to size but he can grow into the bigger one.

I liked this color as my grandson already got the gray stained. Wasn’t sure about sizing so I bought two. One his true 5 and 6 also. He wore the 6 it was big on him but he liked it loose. 5 is great for the beach or fishing when you need just a little cover from the sun.
