Ordered these for both my 11 month old and 5 year old. Sized up for both of them and still couldn’t get their foot in the boot, so had to return. Have previously purchased these for my older child for other ski trips and had no issue, so don’t know if it’s just the current boots that run small/narrow. Based on prior purchases, the boots generally are very warm and offer great traction.

Youth size runs larger than toddler size.

The only problem was the fit, needed to return them and order one size up. Probably due to the felt insert inside.

Last year I bought a pairs of shoe for my daughter but her feet grew bigger then this year I bought another bigger pair for her. She loves it so much. It looks good on her every time she wears. The reason I chose to buy the same Columbia brand again for my daughter because it has a high quality that makes so comfy for my daughter’s feet and have great features. I would buy it again and highly recommended to my friends and everyone reads my rating. No bias.

Darling boots – bought for our 3 year old – look to be very warm & snow & waterproof.
Our daughter didn’t want to take them off – so must be comfortable!

I should have read the reviews more closely before purchasing these boots. I have twins who have totally different feet. One has long and narrow feet and the other has little squares. These boots were too narrow for both of their feet. The problem is the removable insert – the actual part of the boot that provides the warmth. It is SOOOOO narrow and then it constricts the space in the shell of the boot. I’m not sure who has feet that would fit into these boots with the inserts.

Very cute and very warm boots. As noted by other reviewers they run small and narrow. Had to order 2 sizes larger in hopes of using over two winters. Once sizing figured out very happy with boot.

The boots are a bit wide, looked quite large, but fit the size needed with extra layers of fuzzy socks. The one complaint is the Velcro on the outside does not stay together and in the snow you’d like to be able to Velcro the boot. The Velcro did not keep closed on the first, second, or third wear, so I do not anticipate the Velcro working in the future.
