Fabric is a combination of cotton (soft and breathable) and spandex (stretches) which make it ideal for working out. I’m 6’3″ 242 lbs and wear a 50 long coat but the sleeves were too long on a 2XL . Because of the cotton, it does a shrink a bit if you put it in the dryer which made the fit perfect. I ordered 4 more and glad I did!
